TERMS OF SERVICE

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our Refunds and Reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 10 days of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders may take up to 7 business days and rush orders can still take up to 3 business days to process. This is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Failure to file a claim within 10 days will result in an automatic forfeiture. 

GoOats will assist with the claim process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.  Refunds and reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 30 days of purchase. If you feel your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at hello@gooats.life.

Out of Stock

 If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will notify you and hold shipment until your order is fully completed. Orders may take up to an additional 7- 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to be processed. 

Peak Season

During “Peak Season”, Nov 15th  - Jan 15th. Please allow 2- 3 weeks for orders to be processed.

P.O. Box & APO

We do not ship to P.O boxes & APO addresses.

GoOats will not be responsible for shipping orders out to undeliverable addresses and will not issue a refund or reship on orders.
